FYI, Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are currently having all merchandise shop orders fulfilled by printing partners in the US and Europe. In order to operate safely, they are running a reduced operation, and as a result there are inevitable delays in production. Please be patient while awaiting your shop orders so your merchandise can be created in the safest possible environment.
Shop orders are currently experiencing delays with each order taking approximately 3- 15 business days, before being shipped to you. There are also some small delays in shipping as a result of the pandemic. As soon as your order has been packaged, you will receive an email with shipping information and tracking details for your package.
Please note, subscription boxes are packed and shipped directly from our studio on the 10th of each month and are not currently experiencing any delays in production.
